Room of Choice Delivery

We offer a free two-man delivery service to most UK mainland postcodes. If your postcode isn’t eligible, the delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Your item(s) will be delivered to the room of your choice, but this service does not include unpacking or assembly. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from the date of despatch. All items in your order will arrive together, and some remote areas may take a little longer — estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout.

The courier will contact you to arrange delivery. You’ll first be offered a delivery date, followed by a four-hour delivery window closer to the time. If no one is available at the arranged time, or access is not possible, a failed delivery fee will apply. A new delivery will only be scheduled once that fee has been paid — even for postcodes that usually qualify for free delivery.

Delivery with Installation

Where available, we offer a subsidised two-man delivery and installation service. This option can be selected at checkout, and charges vary based on your postcode and the item(s) in your order.

This service includes delivery to your chosen room, unpacking, assembly (where required), and removal of all packaging. Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 working days from despatch, although some postcodes may take longer.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

To ensure successful delivery, please note:

  • Items over 80kg will only be delivered to the ground floor
  • Clear access is required for a 7.5-tonne vehicle
  • There must be a clear route to the delivery room inside your home
  • Old furniture cannot be removed or disposed of

Returning After Delivery

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return item(s) within 14 days of receipt. To start a return, notify us via the link in your order confirmation.

Return Conditions

  • Returns will be inspected before a refund is issued
  • Return the item yourself to our warehouse

Please Note

If returning items yourself, you must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending them back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. An RMA number is a reference code that helps us identify and track your return through our system.


All our products are carefully quality-checked and securely packaged. However, if your item arrives damaged or you notice a manufacturing fault, please notify us immediately using the link in your order confirmation. You’ll be asked to provide:

  • The product label/date of manufacture (attached to the item)
  • If the fault is minor, we may send a qualified technician to carry out a repair
  • If the issue is more serious, or repair is not acceptable to you, we will arrange a replacement item

If a product needs to be returned for replacement or refund, it must be dismantled and securely packaged before the courier collects it.
